My soon to be acquired Burstner Nexxo says it takes two 11kg gas bottles. As this size is not available from Calor will two 13kg bottles fit? Anyone with a Nexxo tried this? Or do I have to go down to 6kg bottles?

Give John at Becks motorhomes 01493740274 a call they should know. Although not same model but my previous Burstner solano took 2 13kg bottles as does present Delfin.

My Carthago was meant to take two 11kg and two 13kg won't fit. I have one 13kg and one 6kg so 19kg in total.

My Globecar is the same. I also started with 13 + 6 Calor but then swapped to 2 x 11kg Flogas. Not so much for the extra 3kg but for the convenience.

Not as many stockists as Calor, but I have one just up the road. Flogas also deliver - now free of charge. £25.73 for 11kg, which from memory is slightly higher than I paid my local stockist for the last one, but only a fraction.

Broken Link Removed & scroll to the bottom of the page for caravans etc. Click 'Buy now' & put your postcode in to see if they deliver in your area.

As always, there is a cylinder deposit charge if you don't have one to exchange, but you may find your local stockist open to negotiation on that one if they are keen to build trade.

Fit two 11kg refillable, if you are keeping the Motorhome for a while you will save money.

Would be a lot better if even only 1 of the bottles was a 13 kg as that size bottle is not a lot more then filling up at the pump with refill cylinders

The dealer we are buying from has agreed to install two gas bottles. I just want to make sure he fits the biggest ones that will fit. I'll speak to their workshop guys. They should know what's possible

Depends where the gas locker is, our Hymer its in the garage and easly takes 13 kg bottles we have 2 x 13kg Alugas refillables, but some of the outside lockers are not big enought.
You can neary always get at least 1 x 13kg and 1 x 6kg in.
