Creases in ours disappear after a day or two back in the runners.

As weather forecast is hot for next week, you could re hang them, mist lightly with plain water. Heat inside the van plus the moisture should make the creases disappear.

The blinds are the plastic type

With the blind extended, you could try heating gently with a hair dryer.. and I mean gently.. wave the dryer nozzle up and down the crease... and be careful not to melt the plastic.

While heating use two fingers to 'iron' the crease out.. they will also act as an alarm if you are overheating..

haven't done this myself .. so it's at your own risk..

I was once advised to use a domestic steamer for the same problem. Hold it some distance away so the steam is directed at the whole blind not a specific area and take care. We didn't have a steamer so didn't try it and the creases ( eventually) sorted themselves out.
