Sitting in our van the other night and the inner oven door glass imploded. Anybody sourced spares before?

All ideas welcomed, ta, Bill.

It happened after we had used the oven, gas had been off for a few minutes then boom, glass all over floor and oven. I'll try the links, ta, Bill.

many many years! since I was a kid
I know you are now sorted but another really useful source is Johnnie Longden in Poole Dorset http://www.caravanspares.com/. they have got me out of the sticky brown stuff a few times and can get just about anything for motorhomes, caravans and boats if they don't actually have it in stock

Glass arrived on time, fitted and van now prepped for departure Thursday. Can recommend espares.co.uk

I bet that you will still find the odd cube of glass in the van over coming weeks. the last van that I had with an oven door that smashed, we hoovered thoroughly but kept finding the odd bit for weeks

You're right, I cleaned it up first, then when we got home wife vacuumed round and inside and found more, then when fitting the glass found a couple more bits. Tomorrow I am going to dismantle the burner and I bet I find a bit more!
