If you have had a bad experience and don't want to put it on open forum then pm me.

We've been happy with our dealings with them - bought a PVC from them 2 yrs ago and their after-sales customer service has been very good. I would, however, suggest visiting Mon - Fri as their weekend staff weren't as knowledgeable about the finer points of the vehicles we looked at compared to the Mon - Fri staff (things may have changed since then - call before you head over if you want to check first).

Had good service from them for the last 3 years. I bought my autotrail from another dealer close by and had bad after service. They took over warranty problems which other dealers would never do, So yes can I can recommend

Bought my Autotrail from them in 2012

They have been great since, sorting out all the warranty work without any hassle.

They even replaced the water pump (and remounted it so it did not make so much noise through the van) and fixed the satellite TV for nought when I was sure the faults were both out of warranty.

I would recommend them wholeheartedly.:)(y)

Bought a Auto-trail Mohawk from them a couple of weeks ago, nice people to do business with. There is a small campsite close by if you need a stop over called Karolinki Burgess Farm, a bit further away is BO Peep which is a very nice site.

Had some good experiences post sales with Elite. They gave the M/H a post sales checkup and found a number of snags, which they jumped on with Chausson, and all sorted out quickly, no hassle and very courteously.

And they generously threw in a number of extras to compensate for the "hassle" (silver screen, shower duckboard - normally an expensive extra, brolly, etc).

All things considered, a very civilised experience dealing with them

we are currently waiting for our motorhome to be sorted for pickup on the 20th from elite and have to say that so far we have been very impressed and seeing the good comments on this thread we are getting a warm fluffy feeling about them.

My point was the rarity for any dealer to provide a post sales experience that matched the pre sales experience.

I suspect that I'd get the same support from them however much I spent. Nice people, nothing is too much trouble for them family owned

What could they possibly have in stock that would outshine a Concorde? :xsurprised:

I like that Mr Canopus:xwink:

In 2015 we were looking to downsize the RV and looking for an Autotrail

Chieftain. We ended up with a Chieftain and what a mistake.....Don't

get me wrong everything worked but just too small. In twelve months

we used her twice:xsad: so we cut our losses and bought the Concorde.

Technically it's between the Rv and the Chieftain size wise and all

is calm again in our household !!:xgrin:

I've used them for parts for my Euramobil (I think they used to be a dealership for them but still do parts) and they've been very good.
The lady I dealt with (Julia) has apparently left but I'm sure her replacement will be as good.

We bought our Carthago from them and they were very pleasant to deal with. The after sales has been excellent, having got a few parts mailed to me (under warranty) within a couple of days with no hassle at all. Perhaps not always the quickest with emails but to be fair they do get back to you, and I would certainly buy from them again.

Realise now I have checked the dates Martin. Just couldn't imagine what his wife saw currently in stock at that particular dealers which was remotely in the same league as the pic in his avatar

Not really. I bumped it yesterday because it was relevant to Elite Motorhomes (used search), and the quality of after sales service

No sense in starting a new thread on the same subject
