Needing a Fiamma awning for our Ford Transit, hi roof, exlwb, (jumbo) and also need the roof bars for kayaks. Someone suggested the 2.5 m Fiamma, am assuming there's only the one type ? We need it for shade in France and to sit under with table, chairs and outdoor cooking plate of sorts during the odd light shower. Guy doing it said to buy the roof bars first, (we'll get Rhino as lightweight and strong), then he'll fit the Fiamma. Our van is 6.55m in length.
Anyone know if the roof bars will get in way of the Fiamma ? They'll be fitted below roof height on the lip ? Also is 2.5m a bit small for a 6m van ? :/ Very confused and desp to sort next 2 weeks as we go to France in June. We really just need the kayaks for the UK but realise once on they need to stay on.
