Anyway back to fun stuff picked up a bonnet kidies size unfortunatly but it needs deccorating so will do that on wednesday just in case we end up comeing

My mum passed away this morning suddenly ish .
so not sure if comming will make mind up based on what funeral director sais tomorow .
i just feeal totaly numb right now with all sorts of feelings.
mother and farther in law sais nothing can be done and rather than just sitting at home may do good to still go. But im unsure right now but will see how i feel on thurs.
shame if dont go as was looking forward to it so much.

Toots so sorry to hear your sad news I can perfectly understand how you feel, which way to want to go to suit you, if you want to come just a couple of days that's fine, we can park you so that you can get away handy if you feel like. I see you are in Flintshire so not to far, play it by ear and do what suits you best. If you do come please make yourself known to me so that we can park you were is convenient in case you decide you want to go home . I was in exactly the same position as you a few years ago and you really don't know which way is best.

For all the new Funsters coming to Chester who have not rallied before please don't be shy at the meet & greet on Saturday morning please let us know that you are new ralliers, and any questions just ask.

This morning just 7 mile from Chester we have a nice sunny morning.

If you are coming to Chester: Remember the official time for arrival is 4pm. Though if we turn up at 3pm (Please don't be rude and arrive earlier) then I'm sure they will let us on (though that might depend who's on the gate!) Normally the first to arrive at a rally get the best slots but that is not so with Chester. The way we have to start parking against the Race rails means The later you arrive the better position you will have. ie, closer to the town, closer to the fresh water, closer to the showers and closer to the food festival. So if you time your journey to arrive between 5pm and 9pm you'll be fine, though much later and the marshals might be slurring a little.

No I would not think so, never been anything like that there, more food and accessories .

Hi Sandra,

As Carol has indicated, not at this particular event, however, it's known to be possibly done at other events, ie, Warner's Shows such as Peterborough, Malvern, Lincoln, and anything else in between. We have trade members of FUN, who can supply and fit, but not at every Meet/Show/Event.
