I"m a newbie
Hi to you all.We are Richard and Carol and are just to start our third year of motorhoming.Planning to go to Germany .Slovenia,Croatia.return via Garda about 8 weeks leaving early May .Any tips advice will be appreciated .

same route we're doing,but in august and for 3 weeks. well,, nearly 4 really. Lots of roadworks through germany,,went that way last year to austria. lovely clean aires (or german equiv)at stuttgard airport, we're hoping to get to there in first day then slovenia 2nd night then croatia.

ps.. even in with the roadworks in germany, we had no hold ups.....they know how to use a motorway unlike british drivers.

Similar route to us, but we go Belgium, cross into Germany at Aachen, first stop North of Frankfurt (Limburg an der Lahn), second night at Chiemsee (Bavarian) then Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. Going the same route again this year in July and staying till the end of August. I agree there were plenty of roadworks in Germany but they didn't seem to delay us much.
