Help with Sigma S34 Alarm (1 Viewer)

Hi, we have just purchased our first motorhome and are really looking forward to lots of adventures. We have a small problem with our alarm. When the motorhome is unlocked and disarmed, we can only use the cab doors without the alarm going off. We are able to open the habitation and locker doors, but as soon as they are shut the alarm sounds. The dealer we purchased the motorhome off is currently unable to help. We've read the manual, googled, but to no avail. We contacted the alarm installer who gave us a series of numbers to type into the control panel to 'reset' the alarm, but that didn't work either! Help!!!

I wonder about completely disconnecting both leisure and van batteries to restart the device from scratch?
