5 years, feel free to ask me about the Carado!!
When I recently took my van in for a 2 year hab service, I had noticed a leak under my hot water tank, and also some green mould forming underneath it, so pointed it out to the mechanic saying there must be a leak.

When I got the van back they assured me they had fixed it, but it was not the water tank but the shower tray leaking......so the water had actually been mysteriously running about a foot upwards from the shower tray into the tank cupboard next door and underneath the hot water tank......really !!!!

Anyway sure enough I put water in the system and the hot water tank started leaking again.....

So now I have to do a 50 mile return journey in the van (and 50 miles back & forward additionally to leave it there) to get the tank replaced.

So what should I do??
1. be grateful they are fixing it under warranty after 2 years ?
2. ask then to clean my van for free
3. ask them to cover my travel expenses
4. tell them to listen to what the customer is telling them

Ask for all of them! Frustrating that is. It would annoy me too!
