The restaurant is a 10 min walk, it's Spiga on Bold St if you want to have a peep.
The mini bus we used at the last meet as some did not want to walk.
Nick was very helpful and was at our beck and call, he took 4 mini bus runs to the venue
and I just rang him when the 1st ones wanted to go back.
If it rains (hope it will not) some will be glad of it.

They have a bar in the restaurant plus they never rush us out in fact we have the place all evening and
they are giving us a DJ.

Hi Graham and Shirley, I know that this is very late in the day, but "a previous engagement" is now not happening this weekend, and if possible would like to be added to this rally? I know it's probably too late for the meal on Saturday, that's ok, but I will include menu choices on the off chance we can go, to save time, don't need the bus. Would probably arrive on the Thursday and leave Monday if we are ok to attend. Sorry for lateness.......... Simon and Marg.

1 x salmon, 1 x Rump steak
1 x Xmas pud, 1 x tiramisu

Thanks, look forward to seeing everyone. Just done a test on my leisure batteries (see Lincoln thread) as I didn't want the same problem as when there, they are buggered. I know what I'm doing tomorrow!!

And don't forget to put your fridge on to cool down - otherwise the beer isn't cold enough

It was just a free and easy weekend with a meal.

The Pleasureland funfair are trying to sort us a room we can use to get together on the Friday night.
(the Funfair starts it's Halloween event on the 24th Oct)

On the Sunday down by the Go Karts the have at 3pm thy have the Extreme Stunt Show
with BMX ,Mountain bikes, Quads and a Monster Truck.

Looks like we picked the right weekend
