Ours def does - does not work at all if the van is not reasonably level.

Believe it has to be within 5 degrees level to operate on gas, doesn't matter so much on mains :)

Makes sense if you think of the tiny flame and the angle it has to burn at :)

Thanks all

Have just got our van and hooked up to the mains at home on a sloping drive and the fridge is not cooling.... There is power to it but does not seem to be cooling....

How long have you given it as it takes time for the heater to heat up

Needs to be reasonably level whatever the fuel is, if it's an absorption fridge.
