It will be our last weekend at home for 5 months so we will be loading the last of our bits ready for our departure on 10th May and there are 14 of us going out for an Indian meal and drinks so it could get messy :thumb:

I'll be back to my daily grind at a working historic corn mill for the whole weekend, demonstrating long defunct flour-making processes to the paying public. I get double time for Bank Holidays.

Looks like a good location for Tenby - noted for our summer tour of Wales - thank you!

Greetings,

We're at home as SWMBO is going into hospital today for an operation.:Eeek:

Hopefully she'll be out in time to say Happy Birthday (65) to me on Sunday and for me to do my best Nurse Gladys Emmanuel impersonation for the next few weeks.

Apparently the heaviest thing she is allowed to lift is a knife and fork and her eyelids at my poor attempts at domestic servitude:Sad:

Eastnor Castle today then on to Brecon for a couple of days. Back home before Bank Hol. We tend to avoid them and let everyone else go. We prefer to have our fun while others are at work/school. ::bigsmile:

Greetings,

Correction to previous posting.

SWMBO is back home having had the Op. postponed due to, wait for it, "Lack of Beds" What:Doh:
In a hospital:Eeek:

Of course they let her get up at the crack of dawn, not allow any food after 07.30am before telling her (after she'd been there over two hours) at 1.10pm that ALL her Consultants appointments could not be admitted.

Back to the end of the queue. Next best guess is 1st June.
Me? Angry?:Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry::Angry:

Could you get an update on the over-nighting situation in Plockton please?

Thanks

I wish I was going there. :winky:

We will be at Beverley, East Riding on a C&CC Motorcaravan Section meet, and hoping to meet up wuth Redjumpa (G & J) if they are about.
My favourite haunt in Beverley is.........Nellies
It is full of "nooks and crannies", very nostalgic, and a bit eerie. :winky:

Cheers,

Jock.

Yep no prob will look around and ask about wild camping, we have booked 6 out of 8 nights away at Camusdarach and Applecross with 2 nights in the middle for a bit of flexibility ..... From what I have seen on the interclacker Plockton aren't so keen on wild camping.

Don't mind if it rains at Applecross I will sit in the pub and eat! ::bigsmile:
