300 watts I think.
I bought one of these from Lidl several years ago. it has always done the job.

If you were drawing the full 300 watts then it would be 25 amps I think!

It really depends on what you are running via the inverter as that is the draw that will determine the actual power gobbling.

Yes seems about right.
I use only with engine running, mainly to charge lap top and torches etc, although once when 12 volt failed to fridge, I completed a journey running fridge on 230 v via inverter off 12 v.
Inverters do tend to flatten batteries with ease

Depends what you have plugged into them. Laptop chargers can use a lot of power. I have left our inverter on all night several times but usually with just the toothbrush or a phone plugged in and no harm done. It would be a different meter if I left the Remoska plugged in and switched on

They must be using a stock photo in their advert John. I have just purchased one, it has a UK 3 pin socket and comes with a 3 year warranty.:thumb:

I am pretty sure its now illegal for a retailer to sell electronic equipment in the UK without a UK plug, except on Fleabay of courseoh:

just worked out if its 24v and gives 500w output
then its still ok cause at 12v it will give 250w output

Bill if you have two 12v batteries join them together in series to make a 24v then it will work,,,if not look for a lorry driver who wants a inverter

just got a email back from the company i bought the inverter from and they have offered me a partial refund of £7 so i will soon have another inverter hopefully 12v and a 24v 1 all i need now is a 24v battery


is this 1 the 1 i need ?
