Question - Offset table post cup (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

Please could someone confirm whether this offset table post / cup arrangement is standard and, if so, it's purpose?

Having the table mounted this way would either block access to the seats or be right over the right set of seats, depending on how it is rotated.

I'm sure there's a simple answer but can't work out the intention.

Looks like our Burstner. We have that table and no cup.

I have the silver pole to go with it too Brian. Maybe it is something a previous owner has installed for a specific purpose.

Well, we do that don't we.

In actual fact I removed the LH seat and made it into an L lounge. It feels so much more roomy. Now use folding tables that store in the wardrobe.
