I am looking to buy a samsung note 3. looking on Ebay there seem to be a lot of 'unwanted upgrades' for sale !! Just who the hell gets upgraded to a Samsung note 3 they dont want ??? oh: If my network operator (three) sent me a galaxy note 3 as an upgrade I would be over the moon, which network should I be on to get an unwanted upgade of this type ??

Or is 'unwanted upgrade' = nicked!!!

I just bought a Note 3 - got it yesterday. Cracking bit of kit, and very fast.
Cheapest I found sim free was £424 from Expansys,

Or the other scam that used to happen (don't know if it still does), is:
Sell it
Wait a few months (so it's outside the Paypal buyer protection period),
Report it lost/stolen.
They get a nice new handset, keep the buyers money, and the network block the handset.
