Hi,

I need to replace a waste water system elbow fitting, see picture, for our Hymer B544.

Can anyone tell me what size it is and if its a general plumbing item or a specialist Motor-home item?

Thanks

Hard to tell from a picture with no sizes but it looks a bit like overflow pipe size

many many years! since I was a kid
an excellent place to find obscure sized plastic fittings is an aquarium shop. far cheaper than a motorhome accessory shop and in most cases better quality.

for instance I replaced a load of convoluted waste pipe that kept blocking with reinforced smooth bore pvc pipe. half the cost and never had another issue with it blocking again

The pipe is 28mm on closer inspection and a more scientific measuring process

Hi BgClick,
Try a dedicated Plumbers merchant rather than a b&q,
They should be able to size the fitting and offer you an alternative such as a mechanical fitting which will tighten onto your pipe with a compression type fitting which will suit a variety of sizes.
Hope this helps.:thumb:
Your fitting is a 90 degree elbow.

Probably a good idea I can get them online buy it works out to a tenner with postage so might as well get a pressure side push fit from a local shop
