Just to let people know that we have just completed the journey Benidorm to Calais using the tolls all the way.
The route was along to Valencia, Zarragoza,Pamplona,San Sebastián, Bordeaux, Le Mans, Rouen, Calais.
Total cost of Class 2 tolls €173-94

Thanks Grasscutter good to know. We don't intend to use tolls as don't plan to be in any sort of hurry but good to know its not as bad as I expected if we ever need to.

With the weather being so good down there, I was quite happy to enjoy it up to the last minute and then dash home.
A good run in two hits. Benidorm to Bordeaux. Sleep on the motorway services(no gas attack) and then on to Calais.

Did that run end of Oct/Nov cost us 65 euro, using both toll and non toll, over 2 days, best and cheapest we found so far, we have a big 8.5 x 3.5 tag, class 2 all the way home, but going down thru mid france had to argue not class 4, milau viaduct 32.40 euro and french/spanish border 34.30 euro had to pay ,
