We always found the toilet to be too close to the outside wall for comfort especially with the corner cabinet. So I am in the throws of moving it.

This is the normal position of the throne

Frames made up already and cost nothing as it is left over ply from the new bedroom floors

The only reason I made the frames so tall was in an effort to hide the veneer damage from the sticky velcro tape (previous owner) either removed or left behind. I managed to remove all the left behind ones with nail polish remover but there's no fix for the ones taken off already :(
CA_02231416333589-M.jpg

Anyway I've lived with it over a year now so I'm reducing the frames to the minimum so less to see.

I tried the layout today (now cutting down at home) and even sat on the throne to try it.

since 2007, 25 years tuggin before that.
Looking good, not thought of making your infill piece smaller though?
Personally just thought it would look better at just above the cassette housing height.
Also liked the bedroom floor mod but didn't see any pics of the floor finish.:thumb:
what were the floor spports made from?

You must have access to a good workshop the floor supports looked bought in.

You can see what's going on here Jay. I used a piece of the old wheel arch covers.
I just need a top now :thumb:

now I've heard of people fitting a cat flap into a motorhome door but this is more a shat flap:ROFLMAO:

seriously though well done should be an excellent jobbie, I mean job, when finished. in its original position, i would have to lean to one side so my shoulder didn't hit the cupboard above

It wont be a tight squeeze anymore :roflmto:
A bonus is a much better run for the SOG pipe, it was always restricted for space. The move is only 110mm but a whole world of a difference.

Our Rapido has the loo in a similar position and has the same cupboard, however our worktop thing where the washbasin is is deeper than yours so the loo is in much the same position as yours will be once moved. The extra space in the cassette compartment is useful though, as although we don't have a SOG there is room in the compartment for 3/4 bottles of bio liquid and a can of air freshener. (edit) and the outside shower.

This is a reflection of the seating position now :roflmto: So you can imagine how much more of a pain that corner was before the move. I can actually lean right back to the wall now.
