The address says Cheadle and there is a Cheadle near Manchester maybe the Norfolk bit is a typo, doesn't look good though does it

Probably a scam but it's not that cheap, it is H reg and done allegedly 100k, it could have damp or anything , worth a ring if you are interested but no money changing hands without viewing it at their home, and if no answer don't email.

There is one a year older for sale in the Caravan Club and it is only £3,500 so I think the price they are asking is about right. It is well over 20 years old. Just needs a phone call to find out the story behind the telephone number. It could be a son or daughter selling it on behalf of their parents or something like that.

That they give a landline number and not a mobile must be an indication it is probably not a scam, I would have thought.
