Lunar Roadstar 780 Window Blind (1 Viewer)

The cord on the pleated blind in the fixed bedroom has snapped and the blind itself is stuck at an jaunty angle halfway down the frame. Is there an easy way to restring it or is it a new one? It's a bloomin' big window and I dread to think of the cost of replacement. Also, the top securing screws are behind the high level lockers. Apart from that - dead easy!
