Bloody typical.

Popped into Wortens, Portimao to buy some additional storage for my devices.

Plan was to get Toshiba 1 terrabyte hard drive for around €65.

But there it was on the shelf next to Toshiba drive...

The Seagate Wireless Plus One TB drive.

No wires!

Charge it up... load on your films, photos, music, files, the plans you made for world domination etc and away you go.

Carry it around in your pocket if you want.

No more choosing which films/music/videos you want to load onto your smart phone or tablet for that trip you are going on next weekend.

Take your whole collection with you.

Now... how do I switch the thing on...?

JJ

PS. It was quite a bit more than €65...

A mate has one and it works very well so you should be pleased with it. I've lusted after one but will stick to the wired one I have until it breaks or convince myself that the phone/tablet needs one :)

Let us know hwo you get on with it, please!

Nice, but at around £145, it would be hard to justify to Mrs A.
Can I hide it in a pocket?

The Seagate Wireless Plus One TB drive.

A great idea especially for tablet owners. Only limitation I see is battery life.

Rule of life, a battery always runs out when it's most needed.

"Oh Valentino what are you going to with that huge".... CLICK

"Battery Low".

And there you are, "will he won't he".

I'll bet he does.

What a quick witted bunch of fun loving Funsters you lot are!

Battery life limited to 10 hours of streaming (less if watching HD movies) so isn't perfect but will keep it "plugged in" a lot of the time.

Plan is to store everything on it so I guess if it looked like was getting low on charge you could just move the film(s)
over to your brainy phone.

It connects to the internet and also becomes a hotspot too.

My head hurts...

JJ

PS... it was in a different shopping centre to the jewellery shop my Princess...

JJ how you have not drowned under a sea of charging cables is still a mystery to me I still remember the pictures of them on here.
Frankie the only difference between men and boys is how expensive the toys :ROFLMAO: even with the ones that tell all they do not care about material things:RollEyes:
