Inland Spain stops en-route to coast (1 Viewer)

Hi all, started planning next years Spain trip. Looking for ideas for stopovers en-route to Costa blanca sort of area. Rough route plan is Pamplona , Zaragoza, Teruel (ish).
It's further west than the route we took on our last (and only) trip down that way so new to us.

Zaragosa has a fine municipal site.

There is an Area de Service on the AP68 near Zaragossa, at Sobradiel. It is a service station to all intents and purposes with parking for cars, coaches and lorries. The fuel station is manned 24hours and there is also a cafeteria. We spent the night there on our way down to Spain without any problems, we parked up in the coach bays along with a French motorhome. There were also three British lorries parked up there for the night. We were recommended to stop there by another Funster who has been overnighting there for the past four years without any problems.

Zaragosa has a fine municipal site.

Nice site with reasonable public transport and excellent facilities/bar/restaurant etc., but very pricey, I thought. Was told last summer by visitor to the site that there is a free aire/parking area nearer town..... could not find it though.

Brisey has given a good stop..

Also off the A23. south of Zarragossa..

Carinena, truck stop / resturant on the old road next to fuel station.
Pretty quiet at night, park around back of building. Popular stop for caravanners.

Teruel. Follow signs for "Dinopolis" dinosaur museum. Very large car park with supermarket and fuel garage near entrance.

Segorbe. Dedicated parking and some facilities, follow motorhome aire signs or railway station signs.


The Municipal in Zarragossa is ok if you really need a campsite but expensive just for a night stop...Used to use it a lot but now dont bother..
