Noticed when we purchased motorhome small bathroom sink was badly stained, dealer said no problem we can spray paint it and it will look good as new. Picked it up and yes stains had disappeared, however after being away for 3 weekends, the stain is coming back through. Any ideas what product to use to clean it up/recoat the sink with. The sink is like a granite effect plastic.

personally, i dont think you will ever get rid of the stains for good.

the stains will have permeated the plastic so are under the surface.

bleach can attack some plastics so try it on a bit not seen (underneath) if you try that option..

you could try a boat repairer.

they may be able to put a new coating on the sink....similar to the gell coat on fibreglass mouldings.

cant really see just spraying the surface working somehow...quick fix but not permenant.

Try taking it back to the dealer, tell him spray job didn't work ask for a new sink. Which you should have had in the first place.
