I know the fittings are different between the Butane & Propane bottles - is the regulator different?

There's an adapter to take care of the differing connectors but at £28, probably not worth the bother!

We have a fixed regulater in our van and we use propane but in the book it says we can use either so presumably the reg works with either, although Butane isn't as hot as propane it must be worth a shot as one bottle is more than your adapter but they must be pretty common have a look at boot sales or eBay

yes presure is diferent but nothing to wory about one just burns hotter and £35 afilli would go for it . stan

All I need is a the tube from the Butane cylinder to the regulator. I'll see what I can find online.

hi. you need a clip on to w20 adaptor . not a reg . then remove the camping gas adaptor from that other brass piece . .that is an adaptot for w20 to uk pol .
using the bas catalogue you need part no. 16642 21mm clip on adaptor .
you have part no.21123 that changes the old uk butane to uk propane thread .then your pigtail you have will fit .keep the camping gas adaptor if you are really pushed you could use a camping gas bottle .

heyuplad he doesnt need that he as the fitting there to adapt butane to his propane tail . its on the camping gas adaptor .
