Well now we are funsters and officially booked into our first rally, Lincoln 2013 it seems like a good time to ask....

Can anybody recommend a suitable flag pole for use with our motorhome?

It needs to be self supporting and fixed into the ground, no ladder on the motorhome to attach to! As the motorhome is about 3 metres high, I'd guess a pole about the same or may be a bit taller.

Over to you fellow funsters and flag fliers. :thumb:

You'll be spoilt for choice at Lincoln, there will be two or three traders selling flags and poles of all different sizes:thumb:

If you do, the kind FUNsters will be round with packets of little blue pills.

The unkind FUNsters will just point and snigger.

You won't believe the size of the erections of some FUNsters.

only 3 mtrs :Eeek:

reckon you need something a little taller than 3 mtrs, nobody will see the great fun flag fluttering in the gale force wind

most funsters appear to have around 6mtrs upwards......mine, along with quite a few others, is 11 mtrs

they can all be fix to the ground with a suitable steel ground spike. (also sold at the shows)
