Hi,

I have just purchased a Ace Firenze 2004 motorhome and at the back there are 4 brackets. Unfortunately the dealer didn't know what they were from. I'm assuming its a bike rack or box.

If anyone could identify them and the manufacturer from the attached images then I could source the part.

Thanks

Wayne

I think they are Fiamma bike rack mounts. The bottom two look like mine but the top are different.

Don't look anything like our Fiamma bike rack mounts.

Lindylou you are quite right! When I looked back at old pictures they're not like mine either.

Moral for me is ..... research first, answer second!

If all else fails, why not try contacting the previous owner(s) and ask them. If you can't find them in the phone book, send them a snail mail with a post-paid envelope or your phone number.

Well most bike racks are 60cm width, some 80cm although not many and then some oddballs. It's unusual to have differen widths top and bottom although this could depend upon the van rather than the rack.

They are different to the Thule/Ominstor bracket I've just take off and most Fiamma and Thule stuff have logos.

Wondering if this is an unusual brand of rack or not a bike rack at all......

It's odd that the lower brackets have locking pin holes that are vertical:Confused:

started when I was 11 with my parents-forgot to stop!been real one since 1980!
I think they may be Fiamma folding rack fittings, the rack folds when empty to avoid obscuring the rear window.

It says Fiamma on the 2nd lot of images, which was a reply. There is no Fiamma on the first lot of photos.
