Looks like the MH is built on an Al-Ko chassis, so I would think he is definately exceeding it's towing capacity.

At least both of your outfits have sufficient towing capacity for their respective trailed loads, the OP picture shows a well overloaded rig. No way would that motorhome have sufficient towing capacity for that setup.
