Hi
Been a member for ages but paid up this morning, so a quick re-intro!
Russell here, motorhomer of seven years, quite well travelled with the vans, especially Italy. Specialist subject - avoiding tolls overseas, even in Italy where possible
We have had six vans (!), a Compass, a Kontiki 665, a Kontiki 669 (island bed), a Kontiki 679 lowline (garage), a 679 highline (garage) and just recently got another 679 highline. We love the 679 - it's perfect for long trips and hops.
We have also had loads of accessories over the year, various twin tubs, a Camos, an Oyster, a Kathrein CAP etc.
We have also bough sone things that were soon useless - such as a waste hog - replaced with a bucket!
Not too good with technical stuff, but route planning or anything, ask away!
No dog these days, the last old girl passed away three years ago, aged 13 and a bit, a good age for a Weimaraner!
Cheerio for now!
Rusty Buckets!
