France, funsters , wave (1 Viewer)

Just had 4days in France . Dunkirk, Ypres , boulogne , not a funster in sight , not a wave from anyone, back in Suffolk now wonder if it will be any different, goin to try old hall caister tomorrow if there's room.

We usually get a response from most of the motorhomers we pass in France of all nationalities. It's sad that people can't even raise a hand to a fellow motorhomer.

We are in France at the moment and our arms are aching from all the waving and it's often the F/B/NL & D vans that wave first:thumb:

I always wave but feel like getting one of those queen hands on a rubber sucker and putting in the window,mostly the Brit wives wave as hubby is busy driving.

We always wave to other motorhomers and get quite upset if they don't return the wave:Sad:
Bill went into Gatehouse earlier today, he was only on the A75 for 10 minutes and got two big hearty waves from a VW campervan and another motorhome:thumb:
