Come on, where's everyone going this weekend? I'm taking the chance, packing Thursday and off for a few days Friday am, not sure where yet but my better half is busy looking up venues.....

Sad part is that I have been co-opted to drive one of the trucks, with the organ and stage, so won't be able to take the MH. Have to stay in a hotel oh:

Off to Abingdon airshow on Sunday haven't been to an airshow since the last great warbirds air display was at West Malling which is now a housing estate I believe.

Checked the weather earlier and apparently going to be :sin: all weekend - fingers crossed

Will try to get down to southdowns Motorhomes to check the Burstner Ixeo Time:thumb:

We love Cyprus - first May for donkeys that we have not been. We usually go twice or three times a year, stay in the same place and absolutely love the people, place and the sun.

I would move there tomorrow if the other half would (let me) come - though the recent nonsense gave us a scare.

I'm stuck with bloody DIY,,, go on you lot, pee off and have a good time, leave me here with plumbing and bathroom fitting.

I have managed to negotiate a run on Saddleworth more though, it's called the cake run. Everyone takes cake and you can eat as much as you like when you finish the course,,,, first one back you get to choose and eat as much as you like. It's a 10 mile hilly course so plenty of reward for cake eating,,,,, yum yum

I'll be guiding Bank Holiday visitors around a local historic site on Sunday and Monday - it's my new part-time job.

the rest of the weekend will be taken preparing and recovering from the ordeal

Were going to Fraisthorpe along with a few other funsters , with another club we are members of.
Long walks on the beach with the dogs planned , as is some kite flying. Because we are taking 2 of the kids a trip into Brid for fish and chips a go on the rides too .
Whatever the weather we will be prepared.

Start back work on Friday so 4 12 hour shifts for me, although Lorraine and Sophie are heading down to Brighouse bay for a long weekend as they are off Monday so I might pop down after my day shift on Saturday depending which DVDs they have with them as they normally watch these soppy love ones . Or I might just come home to a nice quiet house.

Off to a local CS all of five miles away on Friday and meeting up with the larger part of the fam damily - all six of them. Will be a fun weekend though! Looking forward to it.

We should have been setting off for Germany, but as our driving licenses are not back from DVLA we are going to have to sit at home and wait till they come. Then we shall have to rearrange ferries and appointments in Germany.

Of to Martel in France, just so Tez can go on the stream train, hope its nice and sunny, weather hadn't been too good up till now.
In rocamadour just now been down the caves at gouffre de padirac phew, our legs are knackered after the climb down and the steps up, took the lift most of the way back up, our minds are willing but the bodies are weak.
