Hi I'm looking to buy a camping table. Can anyone recommend one, there are so many to choose from. I don't want anything too large, there's just two of us and of course not to heavy.
Should I go for adjustable legs ( on the table that is!!)?
What do other funsters have?

Cheers :thumb:

Hi we have two tables. A small square camping table with fold out legs... Not sure who it's by.. Somewhere like go outdoors will almost certainly have them... Probably be overpriced though.
We also have a 4ft table with fold down legs which we bought from Costco at a very reasonable price... Bigger.. Better.. Stronger and cheaper.

Hi,

assuming this is for outside use:

adjustable, folding legs a bonus and mine fits through the outside locker door. Melamine topped for easy cleaning.

my simple advice would be:-

make sure it fits in a storage locker
check the sitting high suits you

there are several different heights on the market and you can end up either not being able to sit close to the table or feel like a kid at a grown ups table.

we have one that folds in half, and has adjustable legs which i have only used about twice ( the adjustable legs that is ):Eeek:

We like the one with the folding metal strips if you know what I mean, kind of concertina's up and fits in a narrow bag, good for storage but a useful size and strong when in use.

Folding table

We bought a Lichfield roll up table, 70x70 cm, probably like Carol's, fine for two of us, surprisingly sturdy, on amazon or ebay fo about £20 last year. We have a PVC so space limited. Cheapest i can find it is ebay £26.34 which includes p&p

I think we use the same one - aluminium slats on elastic that roll up?

Ours came from Millets a few years ago for about 12 quid and has served very well. It's lightweight, a decent size and packs down into its bag nicely so we stow ours under the sofa.

. (got ours in a sale)

We got a table from the Range described as a craft table. Legs snap into the strong top. Plenty of room for 2. And it folds very flat.
