Hi can anyone advise me please.This year we are going abroad for the 1st time with our dog and we have been told he needs to see a vet for worming 2 days before we come back.Are there vets easy to find in france and what would be the average cost.thanks a lot Tim

when we brought our westie back from france last year he checked over the dog weighed him then gave worming tablet only charged 4 euro

There are loads of vets in every town. Usually the most expensive are near the channel ports. Charges can range from the €4 quoted above to about €50, like UK vets they will charge what the local market will bear.
The vet we usually use charges somewhere in the middle but gives the treatment by injection, Meg is not too good with tablets.
