I need to get home today from Newark. My regular route would be A46-M69-M6-M42-M5-M50 -Ross on Wye-Abergavenny -Brecon -Landovery -Lampeter.

Anyone advise if this route is affected by the weather. Thanks

Biggest problems seem to be ice on the roads and the accidents that has caused.

Hopefully by this afternoon the worst of the ice will be over, (until tonight anyway).

Worst bit will be at your end of the journey. So avoiding any high passes etc. stick to motorways where possible.

Take your time and be prepared for a slow and tedious trip.

Best of luck.

Take no notice of her Jim, hope you get home to the wood burner OK. :thumb:

That's very cruel Jane - shame on you - sunshine here this morning in Benidorm :winky::Cool:

I agree Tony, its not funny and its gone on far toooooooooo long.

Our daughter has rented an apartment here in Portugal, she could not handle Norfolk any longer. :ROFLMAO:

Great for us to see her, but.................................................we only have 2 seats in the Smart, so had to hire a car.

She also likes to eat out every day, :winky: and you know how Jane loves spending money. :whatthe:

Hope the weather improves by the time we get back in May.:thumb:

Lovely day today on the Algarve, had some warm rain yesterday, and got my SHORTS wet . :ROFLMAO: Bob.
