transferring ACSI DVD to a smartphone to use (1 Viewer)

As mentioned on the title does anyone know how to transfer ACSI DVD to a smartphone to use?

I have a galaxy note and this would be very useful to have this on my smartphone I have high capacity on the phone and an extra 16gb micro sd card to use if need be.

I have downloaded the ACSI app but wont have a high download allowance to use it with.

You can't. Software written for PC.
