Raining so heavy here I have just seen a Deffleth float past..

The swift beside it would have floated off too, but I think it has filled up with water :ROFLMAO:

If you look about 1000 miles north (as the crow flies), you'll see Wales bathed in glorious sunshine::bigsmile:

Can we have some in Portugal please. We are Vila Nova Milfontes and had very strong winds and rain overnight and all today so far. Supposed to improve later in the week. Heading to Sagres tomorrow if we don't get washed away.

Not only Spain but also Portugal and a large part of North-western Africa

It's one hell of a low pressure area being pushed down from the high over the UK. :whatthe:

Oh My

Woke up this morning to the sound of hoses splashing on vans and looking out:Eeek: it was like the Commandant had ordered a motorhome and caravan inspection at midday. :ROFLMAO:
Never seen such a hive of activity. Mostly our European cousins on top of vehicles and caravans scrubbing away.:whatthe:
Why?? It had obviously rained last night and as it was laden with red dust what a mess!
Looked like a plasterer had skimmed the roof but having borrowed a step ladder I managed to scrub it off and M/H is now back to its pristine condition.:thumb:
P.S. Its raining hard here:Angry: and I have to pop up to the supermarket for a bottle of red!!:thumb: Could be worse but the sun is shining in UK. damb!!

Oh dear, I am sorry for you. I was thinking an hour ago as I rode over the hills in bright sunshine "This is just as good as Benidorm".

Seems I was wrong.

Then I did some work under the MH lying on the bone dry grass it's parked on.

I was thinking "This is just as good as Benidorm".

Seems I was wrong.

As I was cutting the lawns for my customers today, in bright sunshine, wearing a T shirt, I thought "I'd rather be in Benidorm than working".:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Fabulous day in Devon today, stripped to the waist shed building I was, had to keep drinking ice cold orange juice to cool me down. I suppose the sunburn will start peeling tomorrow :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

It's been a beautiful day at oropesa, we arrived yesterday in the pouring rain. Monday night at leaucat plage was probably the worst night we have spent in the Motorhome, torrential rain and winds which buffeted the Motorhome. We were glad to get away from there.
