hello i have a 12volt tv point in my motorhome is this sutable for connecting a solar panel trickle charger to ? to keep batterys topped up ? thanks

I expect this 12v socket will not be live when you turn off the m/h 12v control panel so would be no use for your solar panel.

It is a simple job to install a 12v point direct to the battery, with a suitable fuse that could be live at all times. I have done this in our m/h and it has many other uses.

I wouldn't be too optimistic about using a solar trickle charger over winter. I originally wired three of them together to try to keep my battery alive and they were useless. Even the 85W panel on the roof struggles at times.
