Yes, and looks like a brilliant place. Sun was shining, Mercadona outside the gates where we bought langoustines on special offer and Rueda white wine for €2.44 a bottle. Spending a couple of days or so here before setting off to explore the Costa Blanca. Yayy!

Hi Mike, we love Bonterra as well but recently heard the site has seen some management changes this year. I believe campers using ACSI card are being offered pitches in the wooded areas at the top of the site (where you appear to be on your pic). Just wondered if you could confirm or otherwise.

Must add, Benicassim is fantastic for cycling. Very safe on the green way, which passes the back of Bonterra Park. And, if you're there in mid January there's a fabulous week long fiesta.

Cheers Ed

That does seem to be the case Ed-However it seems that if you stay more than a couple of Months the discount makes it cheaper than ACSI ::bigsmile:
We're only here for a week or so,so we'll just grin and bear waking up to sights like this.
Mike.

They did that to us this year. It's noisy up there. Booked in for a week, we left after 3 days.

So moved to the excellent Cap Blanche, wife fell off bike, broke collar bone and the whole holiday changed.

All because of a noisy pitch  Cap Blanche did not figure in the original plan.

Oh? You must have been unlucky - this is one of the quietest sites I've been on. No traffic noise and very little noise from campers. This weekend is a holiday and so we've had an influx of Spanish weekenders and there is some extra activity from them, but nothing compared to other sites we've experienced in Spain. In fact I would say the main noise was the clack of boules and an occasional rousing cheer from the mixed nationality group that play a couple of afternoons a week.

We will definitely be back here and probably to take advantage of the very low long-term rates next winter.
