Did you find a switch under drivers seat?
On my LMC it's on the control panel-left rocker switch has to be pressed on top edge to turn 12v on.

At the risk of annoying you with simple first principles...

have you measured for voltage at your leisure battery terminals? I once had a battery go totally flat in two minutes. It simply "broke".

I am sure between you and the rest of the Funsters a solution will be found and you will be in France before you know it... :thumb:

Thanks everyone, I don't know if there is an inline fuse I can't access the leisure battery it seems I need a special tool to lower it and don't know where I can get one.

I see a problem here....how are you going to change the battery ?

the battery charger itself should act as a power supply even if the battery is dead or disconnected....is the charge turned on and if so has it a fuse on the charger housing, is that OK ?

dont remember the make but my old van had a blade fuse on top of the charger.

Well as I always seem to do is pay somebody else to do it for me and hope that's what the problem was in the first place. With my luck it will be something a lot more expensive than I thought.

Bernie b, Im a few junctions down the M6 (number 17) if you want a hand, shout up. Simple enough job to change the battery, even add another if you like.

No charge, Can't do Sunday though, Im running 106 laps round a running track totalling the dreaded 26.2 miles, so may ache come the afternoon. Off next week though (recovery):winky:

Nowt to lose but the cost of a fuse.

dont rely on a visual check....fuses can blow where you cant see the break.
a rapid blow will usually destroy the whole 'filament'... a slow blow will melt the 'filament', but no necessarily in the middle.
best to change it anyway.
