Sorry, Rob, don't know anything about Valentines, but being an Essex boy I do know that the Rainham you refer to is in Essex, not Kent!

Wouldn't want you to turn up to look at it in the wrong county!

Been there for a few years

Did look at a Renault traffic a few years back

They also did/do m/h rentals ( best check not the one your looking at)
the site was larger a couple of years back

Think the right hand car dealer yard was part of rainham motor caravans

Never dealt with them so unknown to me their quality or professionalism

Rainham Essex

Tried to do a deal with them couple of years ago. Did not buy in the end. Nice enough bloke if owned by same people. Same with any purchase, do plenty of homework and don't buy unless really sure about vehicle as much as you could be.

Rainham is in Kent (Medway towns) though there is also one in NE London which I suppose might count as Essex.

Would this help
.

When I was at work used to regularly work in rainham Essex
Next to dagenham where fords had a little factory :Eeek:

Never went sarf of the river to tight to pay the crossing fee

There is also a rainham in Kent not far from dartford tunnel granted
I'll give you that :thumb::thumb::thumb:

Because we live in a static caravan in Great Bentley we have not got a postal address here, so all our post goes to my sister-in-law's address, RM13 7JH and that's Rainham

Yes Ray, it IS Rainham ( sigh !! :ROFLMAO: ) But Rainham is in the over all area covered by the Romford ( RM ) post code ..

Just like my post code is IP, even though we are not only 45 miles from Ipswich, but not even in Suffolk !!

The place yu refer to is Rainham Essex, near the Circus Tavern nightclub and ten minutes away from the dartford crossing.....nowhere near North London as it has a Romford postcode.
I have lived nearby, aand work 1/2 mile away, they have been there for years, i looked at an RV there once but never bought. I know of one workmate who bought from them and was happy with his purchase.
Due to my proximity, I would be available for help if eeded.:thumb:

Couple of points here Rob..
1) you could be buying EXACTLY the same issue as you currently have mate

2) You really do like your little ones dont you !! Man up and get a proper motorhome and not something Noddy would even hide round the corner !!

Just wondering how much you could get an 07 plate for ? They are 2013 compliant as standard :winky:

First year accomplished
Rainham in Kent would have an ME postcode (Medway) ! not an RM one, so I think you would be looking for Essex.

Greetings fae Bonnie Scotland!! :thumb:

I know this is an old thread but I had to add my two penneth!!

I have dealt with Rainham motorcaravans 3 times in my 35 years of being a motorcaravanner. I am originally from SE London (not South London!), and many moons ago there wasn't the choice in dealers. Rainham Motorcaravans were a godsend for myself and my handicapped girlfriend Julie.
Our first a Bedford Westwood, was partially converted to suit Julies needs and most of the work was done within the retail price.

Our second was an Autohomes Merlin that gave us no problems in the 6 years we owned it!!

The third (before we headed north) was a Swift Capri. This we did have issues with. Leaks!! Turned out to be a manufacturing fault and the vehicle being second-hand was not covered by swift warranty! The problems were dealt with by Rainham Motorcaravans OUTSIDE their own warranty with partial costs to myself!

This is only my own ramblings lol but someone asked the question about Rainham and it brought back happy memories for me! Thanks
btw If you guys can find you way out of Kent or Essex :ROFLMAO:
Come up to Scotland..... made for motorcaravans!

We visited twice when we were looking at motorhomes.

They used to take in the part exchange motorhomes from the larger motorhome companies such a Cranhams.

We never saw anything there we liked but the person we saw each time seemed genuine.
