Unable to save image (1 Viewer)

Cannot save image as avatar or profile picture.
It seems that no matter what size or file size I cannot get the system to accept it.
Help please?

you are obviously on the EDIT AVATAR page so here goes....apologies if this has already been done.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 11.7 KB (whichever is smaller).

click the 'use custom avatar' button first.

then select either....

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website

then input the URL and click 'save'

or

Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer

click 'choose file' then click the file you want and click 'open' then on the edit page click 'save changes'.


if this still fails it may be a server problem, as Jim has just renewed the server and some functions need activating/repairing.

I think that I have done everything correctly so maybe server end.
Also when browsing I get locked out of pages and have to log in again.:helpsos:

and how do we know you are Jim..we only have your word for it.

have you reported yourself to yourself as you have a duplicate account which isnt allowed under forum rules.

you need to send yourself a PM explaining yourself.
