oh well today between the rain i managed to fit my 80watt solar panel and was getting 0.6 amp in the overcast clouds which i thought was great because it means i am 0.4 amp infront of the standby current.

however i have just been out to check as the moon is nice and bright and would you believe it says 0.0A so obviously i have bought the wrong panel as it dont work as good in bright moon light as overcast cloud.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I think you will find, if you look up and can see the "Moon"..

It means the "Sun" is on the other side of the "World"...

And you need to turn the "Solar Panel upside down... :thumb:

How many more folks are going to make this simple mistake Andy ?

what you should have bought was one of these Lunar panels
Lunar-Cyclops™ Technology allows us to generate almost 1.2 watts of clean raw electricity per hour, freeing our customers from the grid—and their monthly power bills. For mere thousands, you can save hundreds of dollars worth of raw electricity over the life of each Lunarpanel, providing unmatched peace of mind. Imagine powering your alarm clock or even a night light for free! With Lunarpanels, the raw energy of the moon is yours!

Gonna need a lotta panels at that rate :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
