I have the first version of the IPAD and it is not showing for that yet
had it come through from Apple for the iPhone... but not for my MacBook Pro.. although did get a large section of IOS 6 for part of the photo area of the computer.

Hi Bob I thought it was just IOS getting an upgrade. Your macbook is OS X, are they updating bits of that too?

Downloaded ios6 for my iPhone 3GS but didn't find a whole lot of difference unless I am missing something.
Like Bob I have the original iPad and wonder if there is a great advantage to upgrading to the latest version or would it be sensible to wait a few months for the next version, rumoured to launch in March 2013.

The Samsung S4 is due to be launched in January, now that would be a step up in technology.:thumb: You will be able to carry spare batteries for it to. Could be useful when 4G arrives:thumb:I have had my version 1 for two year in November.. been a great item... not sure I want anything extra to what i have now? I still use it every day despite having the MacBook Pro which is still fantastic... not regretted buying it. I still have the IPHON4 and have no desire to up grade yet... [HI]but I am watch to see what is coming out in the future.[/HI]

I have no battery issue with my 3 at all. I've been using Sky Go courtesy of my son and have been watching programs often for 3 hrs at a cost of only 20% battery.
Apple store advice is to run the battery down as much as possible before charging as it is designed to be used NOT kept full all the time.
