Hi There
We have fitted fire and carbon monoxide alarms in our newly purchased first motorhome. Should we also fit an LPG alarm. if so any ldea which one is best?

I would Deff, fit a gas alarm well worth the money and peace of mind whilst asleep at night, over they cost around 25 pounds, try B&Q or any good hard ware store, cheers Alf:thumb:

mine is hot wired

Mine is hot wired at the Winnebago factory... have LPG tanks for heating and cooking and hot water the yanks think it is important enough to hot wire them when they are made. The other alarms are all battery operated.. so yes I would say they are important. They hate cleaning material like when we do the floor...sets it off and no way of turning it off until the threat or small has gone.
