I'm a newbie
we're on site at Greetham in Rutland. We have a new swift bolero 722fb motorhome. Having problem with control panel above entry door. Awning light will not switch off has been on all night, water pump button when pressed wont switch pump off. Only a few cabin lights work. Waiting to contact dealer but in the interim can any one shed a light, is the problem connected to the power supply unit. Have checked manual but it's not to clear as to what action to take.

this is what I do on my autotrail if this type of fault happens, it MAY be the same for you,

1: switch off and unplug your mains (just in case)

2:unscrew the control pannel (over the door?)

3:unplug the ribbon cable, wait for a min or so

4:reverse the above and all shoulb be ok.

as I've said this may not work but it does for me on my sarget system

The above procedure is to undertake a 'reset' of the electrical system. On recent Autotrails there is a black button on the Sergeant control panel which will do exactly the same thing! It's basically a kill switch to isolate the batteries and prevent them from draining over a long period.
You may have a similar switch on your vehicle and if so it's worth trying. Hope it works!

Thanks Terry and philippft. Decided to take Terrys option , seemed a little easier at the time. Just had to re boot unit and that did the trick, very helpful
Had us worried for a while but all sorted now and Im a happy bunny again!!!!

Thankyou both.
