I would have thought you'd be the best person to ask.

We don't know what the traffic conditions will be like, whether your vehicle is overloaded or not, correct tyre pressures manual or automatic, weather conditions on the day, vehicles mechanical state and on top of all that your own driving skill.

Do you regularly do better than the manufacturers say you will, are you heavy on the throttle, do you hold the vehicle on the clutch on a hill...........yes, I would ask you not me...:Smile:

Is it about 500 miles?

If it is I doubt you will do it on one tank. Mine wouldn't.

Dare you to try::bigsmile:

Rather than worry about whether you will make it on one full tank. I would be asking how many speeding tickets will I get trying to avarage 65mph over the whole journey:Doh:

More like 700miles.. just from London.. (not south of ) so if you get 25mpg you would need a 28gal / 126lt tank .. If 30mpg then 23 gal / 105lt tank..

If you don't do it on one full tank it's not a worry, we do have petrol stations north of the Watford Gap:winky:::bigsmile:

non as yet, hired in Canada a couple of times. hope to buy in the next few years.
I get 55 mpg in my 1.9tdi golf...............but that's not what you asked and I can't help you sorry.
Hope you have a good journey though. Are you getting out of London while the Olympics are on? Good idea I'd say.

You'll only do it if Buttons is driving.

In fact, he'd get you back on the one tankful.....

what a question to ask?

there are so many different things to take in to account that it is virtually impossible to give a correct answer.

what is the wind direction and force?? how much weight do you put in your motor home how well inflated are your tyres?

if your worried about cost may be you should just stay at home
it will use what it will use on a long trip fill it up and see how far you get
then you can tell us all how you did (not that i am really that interested in what mileage your truck returns)
