Long Marston Gathering - 2013 - should we (1 Viewer)

We are totally knackered at the moment Link Removed------But should we attempt to set-up Long Marston Gathering next year ????--------what do you think ??????

It's flatpackchicken's baby----should it happen again ?????

We unfortunately were unable to make the meet this year but hope to if it is on again another year.

Just a suggestion, how about it being as a follow-on to, or pre, the Stratford Motorhome Show as it is so close.

Thanks to you all for all your hard work and finding a really great venue. We had a really
good time and met some more lovely people.

I think if you said it was going to be an annual event for the next ten years you'd have no problems with numbers.

Please please put us on your list for next year. ( flatpackchicken. we're relying on you )

Love the idea of it following on from Stratford show as it's a 4 hour drive for us and we could kill two birds with one stone. Three birds if Stratford show follows on from Haganap's do like it did this year.
Always assuming of course that there will be a Stratford Show next year. There weren't many trade stands this year and some were apparently complaining that the high price was making it uneconomic for them.
If LOng Marston is on next year, you can put our names down now!

Although we had to pull out due to the relocation of the original meet, Brian & Joyce's suggestion of a pre meet, or follow on meet for the Stratford Show, is an absolute cracker of an idea for Long Marston, and one that we would be eager to try and attend. :thumb:

Nigel & Pamala, on behalf of Rita and I, thanks for even considering doing another one, after all the recent bother you have both been through, re Rutland/Wing rearranged. :thumb:
