there are a couple of lengths

There are a couple of lengths you can buy.. we carry both the shorter one and the longer one.. as on sites you never know how much cable you need.

Got mine from John's Cross Motorhomes .. you get a funster discount with them and they do mail order

If you have a normal household extension lead that will reach your motorhome (rated at 16amp) then the item what Jim has suggested
Link Removed,... you could use that for now until you get a normal motorhome extension......this is the link for the motorhome extension cable

As others have said ...............yes just plug it in . I am lucky to have power in my garage.and I run a lead from there.

One thing to consider is a "battery master" from VanBitz. This small matchbox sized box ( permanently fixed in your motorhome ) automatically switches charging to your vehicle battery when the leisure battery is fully charged and ensures your vehicle battery should not go flat during periods of non use.

I think quite a few people here use them.
