Don't know what the site rates are Graham - we always get a long stay discount! Best to ring and ask him! Tell him you're friends of ours and he'll probably charge you double

Unless he's dropped them significantly from last year, Marie, I don't think we'll be stopping there Better value at that CS at Broadbottom or even ones round Buxton

Ah yes Graham but they aren't near Padfield! This is such a beautiful spot to be in - it's warm and sunny tonight - just bliss!

I've looked on a map and Windy Harbour looks like a pub/hotel? Do they take motorhomes?

Hi Steve - Windy Harbour has a few advantages over Crowden in that it's possible to walk to Padfield (pub), Hadfield (shops and railway station) and Glossop (even more shops and railway station). Have they got electricity at Crowden now? They didn't last time we looked!
It's Glossop Carnival this weekend in Manor Park. great for kids!:thumb:

Had reports one day last week that someone came to visit us while we were out - gentleman on a motorbike!
