Our thanks go to a team of professional people who have made a minor problem (for them)
into a major commitment of fantastic customer relations (for us).
Not only did Bentleys Motorhomes team make us feel very welcome at the factory
in Mexborough but the work performed on our new Bentley Indigo was excellent.
The directors should be proud of the work force from the tradespeople down to the
person who cleaned the van and the office staff all of which were friendly and nothing
seemed too much trouble. A great team!!:thumb::thumb:
When it was presented back to us it had been cleaned inside and out, the water was
even filled back up and it was essentially ready for going away in.
To find a company with such a commitment to customer service as Bentley's
is nothing short of miraculous. We hear so many stories of bad service that both
my wife and I feel a sense of relief that we chose the right company to buy our first
motorhome from.
The whole staff at Bentley's seem to have pride in their work and the work ethic of
each and everyone we met there was something we had not seen for a great many years.
It does seem that both Gordon and Richard Bentley are determined to get a name for
simple customer satisfaction that will encourage a return of the customer time after time.
I am proud to be an owner of such a beautiful well thought out motorhome.
