I'm a newbie
Can anyone recommend a slow cooker for a motorhome that is safe to leave on when out and is low watt.

Hi!
We bought a Giles & Posner (1.5 litre) slow cooker for using at home, but were thinking we could take it away and use it when on EHU.
It doesn't take up much space on the worktop and only uses 180 watts, though according to the G & P website it's 120:RollEyes:
We love it, it's probably fine for 2 people, or 3 small eaters at most, but it's has a "low" "high" and "keep warm" setting:thumb:

Thanks Margaret

Hi!

There was a thread on here a few weeks back about slow cookers and other similar ones (forgotten the make:Doh:) but someone will come on and remind us shortly. I'll see if I can find it, but not sure whether it was in a "cooking" thread or "motorhome chat".
I think another funster suggested a halogen oven, which sounded quite good, also, there was another contraption that looked like an over-sized dumpling with a cloth around it:roflmto: But can't recall what it was either:Sad:
If I can find it I'll let you know:thumb:
